This applies to made to order purchases only.
When placing an order for a custom item, you will have the option to provide your color(s) within your cart if it's not already provided on the product page.
Once your order is placed, if we have any questions our team will reach out to discuss your customization preferences. Please be on the look out for an email from us. It is very important to respond, without your input we cannot tailor it to you.
If you do not response to us within a week of our email we will either make it like the sample, take creative liberty, or cancel your order.
Orders can take 3-4 weeks to receive. Timing is based on the complexity of the design, events and classes, your location in the queue and supplies. If at anytime we believe it may take longer we will contact you. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
All customized product sales are final. Due to the personalization of this item, unless damaged or defective during delivery, we cannot accept returns and do not provide refunds.

Custom sets can feature a magical combination of additives like pressed flowers, seashells, crushed glass, glitter, polymer clay pieces, foils, colored leaf paper, coffee beans and more. Each set is made with precision and care, ensuring a unique gaming experience tailored to your taste.
Resin Letters
If you're spelling a name in full versus an initial and have a letter that's used more than two times please allow additional days as we currently have two molds for each letter.

Custom trays can feature a magical combination of additives like pressed flowers, seashells, crushed glass, glitter, polymer clay pieces, foils, colored leaf paper, coffee beans and more.
If you're requesting a tray shape we don't typically carry please allow an additional week for your custom order to be completed.
