Order Processing Time:
All premade orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-orders can take 3-4 weeks to receive. This timeline includes position in our queue, ordering a new jacket, receiving your jacket or memorabilia, unique supplies out of stock, etc. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Bulk, wedding, and party favor orders can take a minimum of 4 weeks depending on the quantity. Once you submit your order a member of our team will reach out to you to align on a timeline. Rushed order will be charged a fee.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of purchase and may vary based on the shipping method selected.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you're interested in shipping internationally please contact us at info@shopsunraevisuals.com.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
SunRae Visuals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns and Exchanges:
All customized product sales are final. Due to the personalization of these items, we cannot accept returns and do not provide refunds. For more information please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for information on returns and exchanges.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any delays in shipping or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
